Keep Moving as He Moves (Num 9-10)

"So it was always: the cloud covered it by day and the appearance of fire by night. And whenever the cloud lifted from over the tent, after that the people of Israel set out, and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the people of Israel camped... whether it was two days, or a month, or a longer time."

Will it be harder for the people of Israel to set out after two days, or a month, or a longer time? I think it would be harder for them to move after a longer time! The longer you stay, the harder it will be to move. When you go out to any cold places and sat at one place for a long time, would you be willingly to move to another seat to give this seat to someone else? No, I would move the chair along with me when I move because my bottom just heated the chair for me, so my chair is getting warmer now! In the same way, the people of Israel might start to settle down by plowing the grounds, or etc, which will make it harder for them to move! Will it be easier for us to become a new friend for those who are lost when we became too comfortable with certain friends? No because we are settled into a "comfort zone"!

The more we tried many new things, keep ourselves moving, and keep pushing ourselves out of every comfort zone we can find, the more we are sensitive to His moving. Do not ever become complacent! Once we moved up, we got to keep ourselves moving higher and higher! We will never be perfect, so we need to keep changing by allowing Him to keep molding us into His image every seconds, every minutes, every hours, every day of our lives.
