It is a model of a stanger coming out of prision, out of inaccessibility into an all access. Joseph was the only non-Egyptian who jumped quickly from the prision into a position next to Pharoah, a baddest guy!
Why did this Joseph Model formed?
It was formed because no one is able to satisfy the position with qualifications of a discerning and wise man "to collect the one-fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven plentiful years". -Gen41.33
Why did Joseph needed to do this thing?
"Because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass". -Gen41.32
Why does this Joseph Model fits the Deaf Minstry so well?
Deaf people have been facing the spiritual famine! What would they do? Of course, they will come to look for the food without expecting to find a Church, a Spiritual Family. They would come to receive the spiritual food and go back to their home to get hungry once again! The cycle continues until they give up. How did this cycle ends? It ended when Joseph revealed his language and identity, welcoming them into their new home! They didn't feel like they have left their home because Joseph is in the authority of the land under Pharoah. Thus they felt as if they dwelt under their own in the land of Egypt.
When did this Joseph Model ends?
It ended when they forgot to honor Joseph, the non-Egyptian. Thus they resumed the inaccessibility for the Israelities. They dwelt under bondage once again. Then God sent Moses to rescue them from the inaccessible Egyptians.
